1. Services

Divine Sacred Energy offers holistic and intuitive energy healing services to support your spiritual and emotional wellbeing. Services include:

• Reiki Healing (In-Person)

• Remote (Distant) Reiki

• Chakra Balancing

• Sound Therapy

• Crystal Reiki

• Space Clearing

All services are offered by appointment, either in-person or online.

2. Booking & Payment

Appointments must be booked in advance.

Payment options include bank transfer and PayID or PayPal.

Full payment is required to secure your preferred time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more details.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health and personal information.

Sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Always consult your doctor or therapist where appropriate.

You must be 18 years or older to book a session, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Disclaimer

Energy healing is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Results vary for each individual. No guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes.

By engaging in any service, you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.

5. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is treated as confidential and will never be shared without your consent.

Any insights or intuitive messages shared during sessions are held with sacred respect and confidentiality.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Divine Sacred Energy reserves the right to decline service if there is a lack of mutual respect, inappropriate behaviour, or if the energy exchange does not feel aligned.

7. Intellectual Property

All rituals, meditations, materials, and symbols created by Divine Sacred Energy are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Divine Sacred Energy, your healing journey is deeply valued. As time and energy are lovingly prepared for each session, the following policy ensures respect and balance for both your time and mine.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email at grace@divinesacredenergy.com.au or by messaging through social media @DivineSacredEnergy.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee, as that time has been reserved especially for you.

No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the session start time will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule once, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before your original appointment. Rescheduling requests made after this window may be subject to cancellation fees.

Refunds

Due to the nature of energetic healing and time-based services:

Refunds are not available for completed sessions.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment can be applied as a credit toward a future session, valid for up to 3 months.

If a session must be canceled on my end due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at your convenience.

Digital Services & Distant Healings

For remote sessions, the same policies apply. Energetic space is still held and prepared with intention. If energy healing or distance reiki has already been sent, no refunds will be granted.
